Two service improvement initiatives have been implemented for LeasePlan daily rental customers through our rental partner Avis.

The first allows our customers to skip daily rental queues at all major UK airports. All LeasePlan daily rental customers can go straight to the Avis Preferred desk, thus avoiding the queues, sign a brief rental agreement and your keys will be waiting for you in the car, parked in a preferred customer bay closest to the rental station. We're helping our drivers escape the hustle and bustle of the airport sooner!

The second is a document that will accompany the Avis rental agreement for all LeasePlan rentals, containing key contact numbers and outlining important driver responsibilities. It enables drivers to contact the right person straight away if they have any queries or concerns.
